Reddit scan:I haven't had any practice with SMAW for three months and it showed when I couldn't lay an out of position bead with 3/32 E11018M. I need a place to practice because I'm poor. I'm trying the local colleges but no luck so far. The area makerspaces are all for sewing and wood cnc shit, no metalwork. I live in Pierce County, WA. I need to practice both SMAW and FCAW-S.
