Reddit scan:So a few months ago a group of us started a meetup with the goal of opening a makerspace in Annapolis. We incorporated as a 501c3 and have actually found another small business to share a space with back on Hudson street (off of West Street).We are looking for a few more members who are able to contribute anywhere from $50 - $150 (pay what you can) a month to get this space off the ground. After the space opens and membership grows, we will adjust the membership down to $50 a month for everyone.We are really just a community of people interested in tech / programming / fabrication who want a place to work and to teach others. We are also planning on offering classes to local youth.We already have some decent equipment, including a CNC router table and a Stratasys #D Printer, but will be adding equipment once the space is open.Please shoot me a PM if you are interested...
